Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jitacee website or any associated service — including the casino game lobby, sports betting section, live dealer tables, crash games, and all promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the player) and jitacee.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jitacee platform. Continued use of the site following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published elsewhere on the jitacee website. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Section 02

Eligibility & Age Restriction

jitacee is strictly an adults-only platform. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria before registering an account or using any service on jitacee:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing jitacee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from jitacee or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jitacee or its affiliated service providers.

jitacee takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. At any point during your use of the platform, we may request documentary evidence of your age — including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Section 03

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on jitacee — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. jitacee reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where the registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

• One account per person: Each individual may register only one account on jitacee. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jitacee will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Contact information: A valid email address and mobile number must be provided at registration. These are used for account verification, transaction notifications, and support communications.
• Notification of unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitacee immediately by contacting support@jitacee.

jitacee may introduce a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage of your account's lifecycle. This may involve requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address (e.g., a utility bill dated within the last three months), and/or proof of the payment method used. KYC verification is a standard industry practice designed to prevent fraud and money laundering and to comply with applicable regulations.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jitacee — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jitacee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all displayed balances reflect your ৳ Taka equivalent.

The following payment methods are accepted on jitacee for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Minimum deposit: ৳100. Processing time: instant.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit: ৳100. Processing time: instant.
• Rocket — Minimum deposit: ৳100. Processing time: instant.
• Upay — Minimum deposit: ৳100. Processing time: instant.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: up to 1 business day.
• City Bank — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: up to 1 business day.
• BRAC Bank — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: up to 1 business day.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard review period of up to 48 hours. During this period, jitacee may request additional identity verification documents before releasing funds. jitacee does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's own transaction fees (if any) are your responsibility.

Section 05

Bonus & Promotions

jitacee offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as the specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's own terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice or compensation.
• Abuse policy: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through techniques such as low-risk hedging, multi-accounting, or collusion will have their bonus winnings voided and their account reviewed. Repeated abuse leads to permanent account closure.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. This applies across all accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Check individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.

jitacee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes adjusting wagering requirements, bonus amounts, or maximum withdrawal limits tied to a specific promotion.

Section 06

User Obligations

As a registered player on jitacee, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• You will not use jitacee for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of jitacee.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to harvest data from the platform.
• You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of cheating — whether in casino games or sports betting markets.
• You will not deposit funds derived from criminal activity. jitacee is committed to anti-money-laundering standards and may report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• You will not share your account with another person or allow a third party to use your account on your behalf.
• You will promptly comply with any request from jitacee for identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities. jitacee's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content on the jitacee website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of jitacee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jitacee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from jitacee without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on jitacee's proprietary content or software.
• Use jitacee's trademarks, trade names, or brand assets in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorisation.
• Use any content from jitacee for commercial purposes, including resale, advertising, or aggregation in third-party products.

Game content — including graphics, sounds, and mechanics — belongs to the respective game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) and is licensed to jitacee for display on this platform. All rights in those games are reserved by the respective rights holders.

Section 08

Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your jitacee account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jitacee. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome. Remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

jitacee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal behaviour on the platform.
• Suspected money laundering or funding of deposits from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts or other forms of bonus abuse.
• Legal or regulatory requirements compelling jitacee to restrict access in specific jurisdictions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, jitacee reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with that account, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits. Players who wish to appeal an account closure decision should contact support@jitacee with a written explanation within 14 days of receiving notice of the closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of jitacee that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team will be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in our full legal terms. jitacee is committed to addressing all player complaints fairly and transparently.
